When we first started our company, we did it by creating custom website design for our first dental offices who needed to have a website that gave them results. Then, as we grew, we added additional services such as IT support, intelligence phone system and creating custom work flow and software for dental office to be able to manager their administrative work and be able to keep track of all the non dentistry work. 

We then started construction and building out new dental offices.

Ardalan is a serial entrepreneur and visionary leader with a proven track record of building businesses at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and real estate development. As the founder of Dental Wellness and RD Business Solutions, he has successfully launched and scaled multiple dental practices, introduced innovative mobile imaging solutions, and developed proprietary products such as TruAligner, a clear aligner system currently progressing through FDA clearance.

With years of experience managing dental operations, Ardalan has overseen the full spectrum of business growth: from startup launches and staff development to technology adoption and multi-location expansion. His leadership philosophy combines hands-on management with
 strategic foresight, enabling teams to thrive while delivering measurable business outcomes. Beyond dentistry, Ardalan is actively involved in real estate development with a focus on workforce housing and mixed-use projects that integrate healthcare, training, and community spaces. The 68-unit Pomona development embodies his vision to create sustainable communities that provide housing for employees, serve as professional training hubs, and generate long-term financial value for investors.
